  LiveMeetingInstructions Minimize

Here is our experience with LiveMeeting to date:
If you use the ClickToAttend.com website and sign up there, then you will be invited to attend the meeting.
The LiveMeeting is set up from 5pm (for testing) to 9pm. You should only have to add your name to JoinTheMeeting.
If the Meeting ID code is not in the box. FOR EXAMPLE: 5SKM94 enter it, click on Submit, and try to join the meeting.
If that does not work, put in the Attendee Entry Code. FOR EXAMPLE: 7]6R)xS$N should be entered, click on Submit, and try to join again.
If those two steps do not work, then call the Live Meeting Event Support at 1-800-893-8779.
I recommend using the LiveMeeting application that needs to be downloaded and NOT the web page method if you know it.
In the past, some people have reported that all they had to do was enter their name to join and hit Submit.
In the past, other people have reported that all they had to do was enter their name and the meeting id to join and hit Submit.
Even though it seems logical to enter the Attendee Entry Code, most people get logged off if they use it.
